Privacy Policy
Effective September 3, 2026 · KodeHub is operated as a sole proprietorship in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte, Philippines.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide through inquiries, bookings, proposals, client accounts, project onboarding, files, project messages, approvals, and payment requests. This may include your name, email, company, website, project requirements, budget range, desired launch date, content and assets you choose to provide, and records of project decisions.
Payments
Payment checkout is handled by the payment provider attached to the relevant payment record, currently PayPal by default with Xendit retained as an optional provider. KodeHub stores transaction references, amounts, currencies, statuses, and reconciliation metadata needed to administer payments, but does not intentionally collect or store your full card credentials.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule calls, prepare and administer proposals, deliver projects, provide the client portal, communicate about work, process and reconcile payments, send operational notifications, protect the service, troubleshoot errors, and understand product usage. We limit analytics and monitoring to information useful for operating and improving KodeHub and avoid intentionally sending project file contents or questionnaire content to analytics tools.
Service providers and international processing
KodeHub may use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication/database/storage/realtime, PayPal and optionally Xendit for payments, Cal.com for scheduling, Resend for email, Inngest for durable automation, PostHog for product analytics, Sentry for error monitoring, and security providers where configured. These services may process information in countries outside the Philippines or your country of residence under their own infrastructure and contractual terms.
Cookies and analytics
Essential authentication and security technologies are used where needed to operate private workspaces. When analytics are enabled, KodeHub records limited events such as service views, proposal interactions, payment-flow events, and project workflow actions. We do not use analytics as a reason to collect unnecessary sensitive project information.
Retention
We retain business and project records for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver services, maintain accounting and operational records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet applicable obligations. Retention may differ by record type. Private files and account data are not intended to remain public or anonymously enumerable.
Security
Private client information is protected through authenticated access, role and project authorization, database row-level security, private storage with signed access, verified provider webhooks, and audit-oriented workflow records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so KodeHub also limits access and the amount of sensitive information collected.
Your choices and requests
You may contact KodeHub to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests that may apply to your information. Some records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business, contractual, security, or legal purposes.
