Terms of Service

Effective September 3, 2026 · KodeHub is a sole proprietor business operating from Butuan City, Agusan del Norte, Philippines and serving clients internationally.

Services and proposals

KodeHub provides website and graphic-design services. The proposal accepted for an engagement controls its specific scope, deliverables, timeline, revision assumptions, price, currency, and any project-specific terms. A requested change outside the accepted scope may require a separate payment request or proposal change.

Prices and payment

New public pricing and standard proposals are stated in USD unless a proposal expressly states another currency. Standard proposals are normally payable 100% upfront after acceptance. A project is activated only after the server verifies successful payment with the payment provider; a browser return or success screen alone does not establish payment. KodeHub may deliberately issue separate MILESTONE, FINAL, or CUSTOM payment requests for additional scope or other agreed charges, but these are not automatically created for a standard fully paid proposal.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for timely decisions, accurate information, approvals, access and materials reasonably required for the work. You represent that you have permission to provide content, trademarks, images, files, credentials or other materials you supply. Where a third-party platform supports collaborator access, KodeHub may ask for that safer method instead of account passwords.

Timeline and communication

Timelines depend on the agreed scope and timely client inputs. Material delays in feedback, content, approvals, payments, or third-party access may move target dates. The client portal, project messages, email, and scheduled calls may be used for operational project communication.

Reviews, revisions, and approvals

Review rounds and revision limits are defined in the proposal. Portal approvals and change requests are recorded with the relevant milestone, version, user, feedback, and timestamp. Approval of a milestone may advance the project to its next defined phase.

Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domains, analytics, scheduling, payment providers, content systems, or other integrations. Their availability, pricing, policies, and service levels are controlled by those providers unless the proposal expressly states otherwise.

Intellectual property

Ownership, licenses, portfolio-use permissions, source-file delivery, and any third-party asset restrictions are governed by the accepted proposal. Unless the proposal states otherwise, pre-existing tools, libraries, know-how, and third-party materials remain subject to their existing ownership or license terms.

Launch and handover

Launch and handover occur after the required approvals, agreed client inputs, and any payment obligations that are actually outstanding. KodeHub will provide the handover items stated in the proposal and may provide reasonable post-launch follow-up where included.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund eligibility, and treatment of work already completed depend on the accepted proposal, the circumstances of the engagement, and applicable law. A payment being marked REFUNDED in the portal is based on verified provider/accounting state rather than an unverified client-side action.

Liability and disputes

Each engagement may contain project-specific risk and liability terms in its proposal. To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes should first be raised promptly with KodeHub so the parties can attempt a practical resolution. These terms and KodeHub's services are governed by applicable laws of the Philippines, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded.
